REQUIREMENT
S1 Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field Having background in Property Industry Strong in HR and GA function area : Recruitment, Assessment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Organizational Development, Payroll, Industrial Relationship, General Affair, HR Policy and Procedures Able to make HR strategies on a large scale to achieve company ambitions in the long term Able to plan employee competency development programs in the long term Having extensive experience in Human Resources area and Indonesian labor law / government’s regulation Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking. Fluent in English (both oral and written) Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
