DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns. Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services. Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships. Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Follow up and monitoring customer outstanding payment. Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in related field At least 2 years of working experience as Sales/Business Development in Logistics/Freight Forwarding companies (Principal, Liner, LSP), especially in ocean/sea freight. Have computer skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong in client connection and good services Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work on Target Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Having high passion and a driving for sales success Has knowledge of the market place and company competitors Has ability to create, negotiate and closing commercial agreements Fluent in English both oral and written
