DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Analysis of competitive market share. Exposure in marketing, product management, business development, sales management. Ability to plan new marketing activities, strategies, branding & promotional activity. Taking care of existing customers & dealers. Appointing and handling the Dealers, Distributors, Depots, Stockist. Achieve the sales volume and collection as per target. Regular follow-ups with Dealers/Distributors/Retailers/Plumbers for regular orders. Price Negotiation in order to finalize the orders.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum holding Bachelor's Degree Able to communicate in English Must have experience in the field of Sales & Marketing from Plastic Pipe Industry with minimum 5 years of plastic pipe (PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes, etc) and service sales experience in the building materials and home furnishings industry. Have previous experience managing the operation of a store while taking accountability for reaching targets. Willing to work at Kab, Tangerang
