DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and implement cisco voice solutions for customers Install and configure voice gateways, ISR routers, switches and other Cisco voice equipment. Develop and implement voice dial plans Participate in project planning and implementation Collaborate with other, project managers and customers Produce documentation for voice solutions Operate and maintan PABX system
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2-3 years experience in PABX Analog is a must Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies is a point plus Troubleshooting expertise in voice networks Knowledge of network security principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
