Responsible for the quality output of the company's software development products and supervises a team of software developers and He collaborates with business departments or units to align their IT requirements and manages the systems to ensure they are constantly available to users.
Oversee the development and enhancement of proprietary products and systems both for CRM and Contact Center.
As the leader responsible for supporting the organization’s IT Development needs, the candidate shall understand the business requirements from Account Service, Call Center & Analytics and work independently to complete the task from end to end.
Responsible for outlining the company's technological vison, implementing technology strategies and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs.
Analyzing systems software requirements/problems for client projects and developing technical solutions. Develops & maintains SLA’s in consultation with his counterpart (account management/client counterpart). Ensures that all internal processes are consistent with these SLA’s.
Interfacing and coordinating with all third-party providers to provide IT integration.
To support the business development team with pre-sale activities, contributing to RFPs where appropriate and assisting in large pitches to potential clients where require.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree (Computer/Telecommunication)/Information Systems/Information Management/IT or relevant).
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluent in English
At least have 2 certificates among ITIL v4, COBIT, TOGAF, Scrum
Working with flexible hours and able to lead a team that operates remotely.
Lead to manage & assist IT cost & budget implementation across stakeholders
Drives strategy creation across IT stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
