Recruitment Process: posting vacancies, processing applications, interviews, written tests and new employee orientation.
Coordinate new recruitment which includes registration in the employee system, requests for new recruitment equipment such as uniforms, name tags, lap tops, email address etc.
HR Administrative tasks and update insurance, leaves, database, HR & payroll System and employee turn over.
Understand industrial relations and build relationships with the government regarding to processing of company permits.
Liaise with the Training and Development to record any potential employee for the career development in the future.
Able to communicate well in conveying information both written and verbally related to company policy changes, employee feedback etc
REQUIREMENT
Experience as HR Staff min 1 year
Law/Psychology/management graduate
Able to speak and written in English
Can operate a computer (Microsoft Office, Canva, PPT etc)
Able to communicate both in small and large groups
