DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze user needs related to HRIS system development. Develop and translate into various modules in the system from the analysis of user needs related to the HRIS system. Make recommendations for the HRD process that is in the system to be more effective & efficient according to the needs of the organization. Ensure that the modules in the HRIS system have been optimized for the needs of the organization. Issue the results of business process analysis compared to the system. Provide proposals and suggestions in system development.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must at least possess a bachelor's degree in IT/Information System/Computer Science majors with a minimum GPA of 2,75. At least 1-2 years of experience in HRIS/Front-end Development/other relevant positions. At least 1 (one) year of experience Develop SAP HR/SAP HCM/SAP HANA products. Understands the end-to-end process of HRIS. Proficiency in Microsoft office products. Having a great interpersonal communication skill and an analytical mind
