DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive sales cases and develop new customers by providing optimized solutions and new service contracts in retrofits, components, modernization and new equipment. Responsible for selling service products to reach sales target of assigned accounts of the company. Use CRM tools to sell project-based services such as retrofits, spare part package, new lifting equipment, modernization and CRS products. Support the operation of assigned region, conduct regular reviews and reports for accounts. Handle ad-hoc duties by the Sales Manager.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is preferred, with fundamental understanding of mechanical and electrical principles. Around 2-3 years Sales experience with good sales records in heavy machinery/engineering related industry. Background in solution/service sales is a plus. Good communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and Chinese. Goal oriented and target driven, can work under pressure. Travel to Mainland China is required.
