DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible day to day IT support system operation, monitor and maintain system to work properly, analize and troubleshoot Monitor performance and ensure system, availability and reliability VSAT Configure and install various network product (Cisco, Sophos, riverbed, mikrotik solarwinds, Network performance Monitor (PRG), etc) Configure and install IP PBX system
REQUIREMENT

Having minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Major in Computer Science is prefered Having ability to work independently and as a part of team Having minimum 2 years experiences with installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco products, mikrotik, and similar device for networking Having experience in installing Dell/IBM/HP server Having active CCNA or CCNP is advantage, but other networking certifications will be considered Having proven competencies in installing, testing and troubleshooting bandwidth management system (shopos) Having proven competencies in installing, testing and troubleshooting VOIP communication endpoints Having proven understanding of TCP/IP networking and VIOP technologies
