DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist to prepare payroll for Malaysia office. Involved in Recruitment Process – schedules job interviews. Prepare HR document (ex: employment contract for new hire) Apply / cancellation Work Pass. Updating Internal HR Data base. Organizing and maintaining personnel record, organization chart etc. Plan and arrange training for staff. Answer employees’ queries about HR related issued. Assist in MOM Survey.
REQUIREMENT

Possesses min Certificate in HR or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in HR based in Malaysia/Singapore. Payroll experiences in Malaysia is a MUST. Excellent knowledge of labour/employment laws, prevailing market practices and government initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations and it will be an added advantage with Malaysia labor requirements. Good initiative, resourceful and meticulous. Able to work independently as well as a good team-player.
