DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Support the Management team in various capacities. • Ensure risk management, including confirming employee safety in situations such as terrorism, demonstrations, natural disasters, etc. • Handle salary, bonus, BPJS, individual tax calculation, and payment processes. • Assist in obtaining IMTA and ITAS for Japanese expatriate members through collaboration with agents. • Facilitate the acquisition of Business VISAs for Japan HQ members with the support of agents. • Coordinate company events such as campus recruiting, Business Kick Off Meetings, Family Gatherings,
REQUIREMENT

Experience: • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR/GA roles Skills and Knowledge: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law • Effective document management skills Personality & Attitude • Demonstrate integrity, dignity, and honesty in all aspects of work. • A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead a team. • Assertive personality with the capability to motivate team members. • Bright and positive personality. • Mental toughness to handle challenging situations.
