DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversees and providing administrative support to all departments not limited to administrative support and clearance for onboarding /offboarding formalities, collating and submission of monthly staff claims (transport, OT & wellness benefits).
Manage leave planning and management including Saturday duty roster for Admin & Call centre team and ensuring smooth operation of front-line services
Assist in general administrative and reporting duties, including staff attendance report, Admin & Finance meeting minutes, daily permit report and certification documents for internal/external audits.
Manage the entire process of manual work order, invoices, office maintenance contracts and administer summon offence notice. Cover support on booking of facilities and permits, personal assistant duties including being the overall coordinator for feedback system when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
REQUIREMENT
Min Diploma in Business Administration or related studies with 2 years of administrative support experience
Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working hours : 5.25 work week
Working location: Ang Mo Kio
