DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Improve production process flow with process analyze and layout 2. Modify and Implement standards of work tools 3. Collaborate with PPIC team to arrange order completion 4. Analyze and ensure manpower plan according to order calculation 5. Find solutions to quality problems with Lean approach 6. Lead training and mentoring from operator to management level 7. Setup, Implement and monitoring company Business Strategy 8. Setup KPI reports for each department 9. Manage and conduct audit to realize operation target 10. Create and monitor business processes in company environment 11. Change management system that applies in company in accordance with ISO 12. Analyze man power planning as well as hard skills and soft skills 13. Provide solve problems in company risk issues.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred) • Preferably has ISO • Min 3 years of progressive experience in manufacture with Operation Excellence/Process Improvement, PPIC, or Industrial Engineering background • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) • Knowledge of problem-solving tools and their implementation • Able to think outside the box and apply innovation and creativity to suggested solutions
