DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating manufacturing operations to achieve targets, namely improvements in cost and quality. Manage production of finished goods on time and efficiently according to schedule and maintain quality so that goods are not easily damaged. Fulfill production schedule targets from PPIC.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Refrigeration Engineering. Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Manager / Consultant in Manufacturing (Preferably refrigeration companies). Master everything about manufacturing management (productivity, process flow, systems, environment & labor, quality). Have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and communication skills. Have high integrity, motivation, enthusiasm, active, proactive & loyal. Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
