DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. SAP (PTP) solution Systems Support (training will be provided by VF).
2. INFOR Nexus solution Systems Support (training will be provided by VF).
3. Create, manage, and close Support tickets within agreed SLA.
4. Follow-up on identified issues to closure.
5. Provide BCP support for PO Management process activities.
6. Maintain / Update SOP for standard issues. Add exceptions as they happen.
7. Meet/exceed Team Service Level targets for On Time execution & Customer Satisfaction.
8. Generate and publish KPI Metrics to identify potential issues/improvement.
9. Participate and own tasks in assigned projects during User Acceptance Testing, Training, transactional data migration and hyper care activities.
10. Monitor Exception Reports for Operational support.
