Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting network problems.
Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Install and upgrade operating systems and software as needed.
Maintain accurate records of user requests, incidents, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of user data and sensitive information.
Assist in the management and maintenance of IT assets and inventory.
Assist with user training on software and hardware usage.
Keep up-to-date with technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Willing to travel to data center and branch offices (if required).
Fresh Graduate Computer Science / Information Technology
Proven experience as an IT Support or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
Familiar with network protocols and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-oriented with a patient and empathetic approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
