Hit monthly sales target
Develop innovative communication strategies, sales team recruitment strategies and enrollment plan in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
Provide general sales support (sales training, needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Willing to be placed in Bintaro, and work weekends if needed
Sales target orientated, willing to work the extra mile
Able to develop and create a marketing plan to hit sales targets
REQUIREMENT
5 + years' of sales experience or background
2 + years in managing, leading, building and developing sales team
Has knowledge and experience in marketing
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
A team player with a growth and 'Can do' mindset
