DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality. Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential areas of improvement and areas that might not be covered by existing test cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies. Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and issues, and work closely with developers to facilitate their resolution. Collaborate with product owners to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and testable. Assist in load testing, scalability testing, and other non-functional testing as required.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing roles. Demonstrated experience in creating, executing, and managing test cases and test plans. Proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages such as Selenium, Python, or Java. Familiarity with bug tracking and management systems like JIRA. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
