DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

HR Admin functions o Responsible for administration of employee on-boarding, confirmation, termination, transfer, and promotion processes, as well as employment personnel files maintenance; o Support the employee hiring process; o Create and maintain proper employment records in support of the business; annual leave records, employment terms, employee health insurance eg. o Ensure HR practices are in compliance with the local employment regulation and other regulation that applies to the industry. Finance Admin functions o Establish and maintain complete and accurate files, records, and books pertaining to the financial operations of the Indonesia Branch Office; o Payroll administration: update employee movements, support monthly payroll computation and related activities in support of the monthly and annual payroll function; o Work closely to support the implementation and calculation of tax for the Indonesia Branch Office; o Work closely with the Treasury Department to establish bank/investment accounts as well as manage cash flow for the Indonesia Branch Office; o Facilitate and assist with all internal/external audits. Employee relations o Handle Employee relations such as disputes and grievances of Employees, and resolve work-related issues; o Ensure all HR key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures; Office Administration o Oversee the management of the office leases and keep up-to-date with the lease expiry; o Oversee and maintain the purchasing and registration of office assets and office supplies; o Vehicle and driver management; Undertake any ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the Head of Administration.
REQUIREMENT

Age maximum 35 years old. A Korean Native or Indonesian who is fluent in the Korean Language are welcome to apply. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field of studies. Preference will be given to studies in the fields of Business Administration or Human Resource Management and related. 2-5 years of relevant experience will be required (having experience in an EPC company would be a plus). Good understanding of Indonesian Labour Laws, Employment regulations, and corporate law. Candidate must have a passion for working in a dynamic environment, be open to new challenges and exposure, and have a positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Intermediate level in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
