DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits packages. Conduct regular analysis and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate payroll processing, including timely payment of salaries and benefits. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of available programs Payroll Administration: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain payroll records, including deductions, tax forms, and employee timekeeping data. Coordinate with finance and external vendors to manage payroll-related activities such as tax filings, reporting, and audits. Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment. Process HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and leave management, adhering to established policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies in all HR processes. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support related to HR policies and procedures. Employee Engagement and Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with managers to facilitate effective employee relations and conflict resolution. Contribute to performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in HR operations, compensation and benefits administration, and payroll management. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
