DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a senior IT Talent Acquisition you will act as a executive people search or headhunter, create & execute sourcing strategies in line with company goals. Responsible for resource fulfillment (focus on hard-to-fill role) with SLA <1 month. Ensure employee review successful rate 100%, build relationship with talent, maintain talent database, talent hunting, talent pool, talent benchmarking and TA administration (agreements, NDA, psychological assessment, etc).
REQUIREMENT

Strong networking in IT communities (IT Sales, IT Engineer, IT PM, IT Architect, IT Presales, etc) Competent to create & execute selection strategy, able to determine suitable profile for certain position Strong knowledge about IT industry in general, IT products and requirements in each IT position Able to capture talent feasibility & talent acumen Able to attract talent with a strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skill Used to work with strict targets Determine & passionate in talent acquisition scope of work Fluent in English and fast learner Good attitude (integrity), good appearance & open-minded
