DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors. Administrative duties include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning organisational projects and expediting work results. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned Distribute and store correspondence Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate. Preparing the Delivery Order & Invoices using UBS system
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U and above Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English No work experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerk / Administrative Support or equivalent. Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Saturday Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
