DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing and updating marketing and sales materials for client meetings and pitches Working closely with Client Advisors to supporting sales activities Servicing existing accounts and relationships Handling a variety of verbal and written correspondence received from clients and our sales team Assisting our client advisors to execute on a range of events and conferences, publications and communications strategies Oversee and work closely with investment, marketing, compliance teams to ensure all sales related materials are accurate and meet compliance requirements Represent Institutional Sales team on various internal projects meetings. Understand the potential business/client impact on various initiatives and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve the issues and improve business operating model
REQUIREMENT

University graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline 4+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably with Asset Management business background Professional qualification such as the CFA Program would be an advantage Good team player whilst able to work independently and deliver works with high accuracy Good analytical skills and can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products, with sound knowledge in funds Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent communications in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) as essential requirement for the client coverage Strong in Excel, PowerPoint is a must Knowledge in Morningstar, Bloomberg would be an advantage Detail oriented, dedication to accuracy, timeliness, and high productivity
