Ensuring all computer devices and components can be used
Ensure all computers and supporters are connected to the network
Ensuring all applications can be used and run smoothly on the user's device
Store backup data on the computer used by the user
Store software related to handling computer equipment and supporting devices
Make technical reports by means of documentation and databases
Understanding and mastering the basics of computers and networks
Understand the working concept of network infrastructure from switches, routers and others
Have software and restore data if needed
Make settings on the browser the first time
Get computers ready for new users and fix broken computers and devices in time
REQUIREMENT
Hold Bachelor degree
Maximum age 29 years old
Good Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
Ability to speak in English - Written and verbal
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Good project administrative, task tracking and reporting skill
