Provide hardware and software on site support for clients Liaise with internal team & customers on job details and job planning Liaise with supplier when problems arise to meet customer satisfaction Prepare service reporting and helpdesk call record report to management
REQUIREMENT

Min. Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent No Experience required, Training will be provided Able to commit on weekend / Public Holiday for on-site support / standby
