DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Leading the Branch to achieve the targets and goals that have been set by the company properly. Handle all operational aspects within the company and ensure that everything runs according to the established Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). Build good teamwork (internal) and maintain good relationships with customers (external). Accountable for the results of work properly and optimally. Other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 40 years old. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Civil/Architecture or other related major. High conversational level in English. 3 years experience as Branch Manager in Building Material industry. Has knowledge to follow the market trends and using social media to support sales for marketing purposes. Has experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers and logistics partners especially in East Java. Has extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and end users. Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc.) Excellent in leadership, proactive initiative, good communication and negotiation skills.
