DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Works with and provides direction to R&D on product development. Initiates market research studies. Identifies and builds the brand’s positioning and identity. Plans out general look/image of the brand and designs for packaging, merchandising materials and other collaterals. Prepares yearly budget & calendar of activities for advertising, public relations, promotions and research. Conceptualizes and draws up programs for advertising, promotions, distribution drives, business development, special events, below the line activities and public relations, Conceptualizes and sets up policies on distribution, displays, pricing, merchandising, promotions and media. Reviews and presents promotional work plans, budget appropriations, periodical reports & updates to management. Monitors and evaluates programs being implemented. Forecasts yearly & monthly sales volume. Prepares forward business/marketing plans and product launches. Preferably can communicate using mandarin.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (as product or brand). Background from biscuit industry or FMCG is mandatory Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Brand Executive Good command of English, both written and verbal. Computer literate. Gadget freak and active in social media (ie.facebook, instagram,twitterm,etc). Very good managerial skills in planning, leading, and organizing. Has effective communication skills & has good business sense. Have SIM A and ready to work mobile
