DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Elicit and document business requirements, user stories and use cases using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and can be delivered within project constraints. Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time. Create process flows, wireframes and functional specifications that describe the system behavior and user interaction. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to present findings and validate requirements. Ensure that requirements are tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in testing, acceptance and deployment activities to ensure that the system meets the user's expectations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and development teams. Knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
