DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Operations leaders to drive people strategies and programs that align with business objectives. HR Process Implementation: Initiate, implement, and monitor HR processes and programs within the department, including manpower planning, recruitment coordination, learning and development, and organization development. Performance Management: Enhance and implement effective performance management processes, including OKR setting, performance assessment, and performance improvement plans (PIPs). Performance Support: Assist the department leadership team in achieving OKRs and individual KPIs, identifying and addressing performance issues at a low-complexity level. Data Analysis and Solutions: Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop data-driven solutions, programs, and initiatives in collaboration with other HR functions. Work Relationship Improvement: Devise and implement solutions to improve work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and enhance employee retention. HR Policies and Processes: Drive initiatives and enhancements for HR policies, processes, and programs, aligning them with the company's needs. Reporting: Generate periodic reports and statistics on assigned tasks, KPI progress, and projects to provide insights and facilitate decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of HR experience across various areas, including organization development, talent acquisition, learning and development, business partnering, and employee and industrial relations. Proven track record as an HRBP or strategic HR generalist in dynamic, high-volume Operations environments. Strong team player with excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and viable solutions. Possesses solid business acumen, is well-organized, process-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced, cross-departmental settings. Agile learner capable of quickly adapting to new environments and diverse cultures. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, effectively supporting business leaders while advocating for employees. Demonstrated project management skills, successfully handling complex, fast-paced projects while effectively multitasking.
