DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for Xiaomi phone and eco-products in the local regional service management. Monitoring all Service Center under his region, Doing regular onsite visit to all Service Center (ESC, MSC, and also CP) under his region Collaborate with Regional ASM, doing onsite visit to Dealer and Sub-dealer Manage all supporting processes such as complaint management, call center to service partner interaction, legal exposure. Improve service quality and performance to raise the customer satisfaction levels. Ensure audit compliance of overall warranty service operation to all Service Center. Responsible for organizing and managing local after-sales service projects.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree in any related Major Candidate base on local region (3 regions) : (Yogyakarta- semarang ,Medan,Pekanbaru) Required languages: activ in English. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with the local mobile phone market and after-sales service policy, rich in local service resources. Good experience and relationship with After Sales and local Dealer Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point at advanced level, Excel - experience with pivot tables, basic formulas, macros, look-up functions) Excellent communication skills in person, written, over telephone and email. Good technical knowledge Willing to work under pressure
