DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensuring all IT infrastructure, operations and security services operate smoothly without interruption.
Managing servers and ensuring servers are updated regularly.
Ensure the organization's information systems are fully operational and remain protected from emerging/external threats.
Ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.
Maintain IT applications, information security standards/policies and procedures including IT Accounts and Access Rights Management process.
Report to Management on security incidents, vulnerabilities, virus outbreak and system issues
Assisting in managing and implementing Disaster Recovery Operations including yearly Disaster Recovery Exercise and Daily System Backup.
Providing support to staff on IT related issues, including but not limited to IT login, laptop issue and application-related issue.
Responsible to procure IT equipment and managing IT inventory.
Assisting in providing administrative support on IT documentation and compliance.
Work with internal or external stakeholders on IT projects
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in IT related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations or IT support covering day to day IT operations.
Relevant knowledge in IT support, network administration and technical support
Good communications skills and be able to convey complex IT security concepts to users.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player in working with different teams.
Independent, hands-on with good planning and organisational skills
Good attitude and willing to learn.
Strong project and vendor management skills
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.
