DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The IT Support Staff provides technical assistance and support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues. They ensure that all IT-related incidents are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and provide excellent customer service to end-users.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related course. • Knowledgeable in IT systems and applications. • Proficient in network management and help desk support. • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. • Capable of repairing equipment and facilitating replacements of parts. • Capable of installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. • Able to monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime. • Knowledgeable in designing graphics and layouts using Adobe Photoshop. • Able to work extended hours and under pressure. • Able to work independently and multitask. • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
