DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Responsible for all filling documents related to finance and bookkeeping, as well as taxation
• Responsible for making journals & financial reports
• Make weekly & monthly cashflow projections control the company's cash especially receivables & payables
• Prepare weekly budgeting reports & Coordinates with other departements for the preparation of the company budget
• Together with Cashier making plan, coordinate, and control the company's cash flow to ensure the availability of operational funds
• Handling Payroll
• Handling all activities related Input Billing & e-spt PPH 21, 23, 24, 29 & VAT
• Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances.
• Assist in the provision of data and document related to tax audits
• Coordinates with warehouse for stock supplies balance related to Raw Material until finish good report
REQUIREMENT
•Fluent in English is a must oral & written • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • Maks 40 years old • At least 8 years of working experience in the Furniture Industry field • Familiar with Financial Control, Costing, Tax Regulation, Finance and Accounting System. • Understanding banking transaction (payment file, internet banking, FX, banking laws) • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Proficient accounting software is preferred.
