DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage Sales Operational by developing Sales Plan, budget, target revenue, and expense and setting individual target sales for each sales team member Control sales team achievement, reporting and analyzing sales data to give insight to Management to boost sales achievement Recruit, train, and develop a sales team to ensure competency of each sales team to achieve customer satisfaction through service excellence Develop a channel to understand the voice of customers and external competitors and give suggestions to Management about how best to win the competition
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in any major Having 3 years of experience in sales for plastic products(flexible packaging, houseware, container) Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills Have good leadership, independence, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment
