Providing full range of HR operations duties and support, including managing employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll and other aspects of HR Maintaining People records, data and information Leading successful pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding Liaising and coordinating with external parties, such as payroll service providers, vendors, training providers, etc Contributing to ad-hoc projects, as needed
REQUIREMENT

Good with numbers, with attention to detail Highly proficient and comfortable in Excel and Microsoft Office Outstanding English (verbal and written) Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR market trends and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and compliance Self-motivated, self-directed, goal-oriented Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
