DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in recruitment cycle included job posting, screen, arrange interview with potential candidate and on boarding process
To handle and prepare monthly payroll administration task
To update and monitor leave record
To perform filling and upkeep departmental documents
To keep track and liaise with agent to renew foreign workers’ visa/ working permit
Update/ enroll employees on Insurance Scheme and Medical Entitlement on monthly basis
To create and generate departmental monthly report
Coordinate trainings/activities as and when needed
To circulate memo/announcement to employees
Support other functions or adhoc task which assigned by the superior/HOD from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Payroll Administration, knowledge in Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act would be an advantage.
