DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues - Creating a backup and safeguarding the data - Performing system upgrades following new releases - Providing technical support and IT Services to ensure User can engage in producitve - Maintaining internal documentations - Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security - Debug, manage, update, upgrade, detect and troubleshoot for User operating system and common application software
REQUIREMENT

- Candidate must be bachelor degree of IT, SI, or Industrial Engineer - Having minimum 1 years working experience in IT Support function - Having good knowledge in various software, hardware, security system, networking, IT services - Have good knowledge server, operating system, MySql SQL, Postgres Database, active directory/domain controller, and pivot table - Have a strong capability in troubleshooting and customer support experience - Ability to multitasking, work under pressure and meet deadlines requires - Excellent communication skills - Highly energetic with inititative and confidence
