DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Oversees the organization and planning within a business or corporation’s franchising department. · Reviewing contracts, processing renewals, and enforcing licensing expectations. · Support franchisees and improve opportunities for new franchisees to enter the company. · Ensure that franchisees adhere to the company guidelines and present themselves in line with the company’s value system. · Have similar experience running franchise operations or assisting investors. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills due to the relationship-building nature of this job · Understand marketing and financial issues related to running a business
REQUIREMENT

1. S1 Economy/Management/Marketing/Business/IT 2. From FMCG/Electrical/Lighting company with 5 years minimum experiences 3. Strong understanding on Franchise and Electrical 4. Experiences in Company Business Development 5. Strong analytics thinking with creative & innovative ideas. 6. Self-driven motivation, highly initiative, hard-working, and a team player. 7. High mobility, high integrity, and wide networking. 8. Excellent communication & presentation skills 9. Highly organized and good interpersonal skills 10. Meticulous attention to detail and Computer literate 11. Fluent in English both oral and written 12. Energetic person, honest and strong work ethic
