DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for the preparation of the Financial Statements of the company, Taxation, Cashflow, Banking and COGS analysis of all outlets in each month. Responsible for the evaluation of the implementation of the control procedures, recording of all financial transactions, bank reconciliation accurately and timely. Plan, organize, analyze, evaluate and monitor the financial cycle, both revenues and expenditures (budgeting) to ensure the availability of funds company. Support Plan and Strategic, operations and financial advice. Lead plan to drive cost and profitability improvement program. Ensure Management and statutory reporting are within deadlines. Perform financial planning and forecasting and GAP analysis. Maintain good relationship with third party institutions: banks, consultants, etc Perform treasury functions and Cash Management Ensure compliance to PSAK. Oversee completion of external audits. Responsible for tax compliance and tax dispute. Train and manage staff to ensure the smooth running and operations of the Finance Accounting Tax Department Adhoc Projects as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Minimum age 27 Years old Business/Accounting Degree Mandatory Logical, High integrity, detail oriented, Good analytical skill Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives Very good verbal and communication skill Good command of spoken & Written English Computer literate in MS Office application Knowledge of PSAK and tax regulation is a plus Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana, Gelar Pasca Sarjana, Gelar Doktor di Keuangan/Akuntansi/Perbankan atau setara. Bahasa yang harus dimiliki: English, Bahasa Indonesia Setidaknya memiliki 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini. Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: accounting, pajak, keuangan Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam Keuangan - Audit/Pajak atau setara. Lebih disukai dengan background Manufacturing.
