DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ownership of the complete order process for both finished goods and VISITs in SAP, including events and services of RB coolers/visit.
Return/rejection orders creation, SAP execution and return order approvals documentation.
Be the interface with the logistics providers for issues related to the deliveries. Work towards the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating from both the third-party logistics and customer.
Responsible for the creation and update of the relevant master data related to customers, including pricing in ERP system.
Handle customer & consumer complaints, order changes and return requests.
REQUIREMENT
No working experience is required. Majoring in the supply chain, logistics or information management will be a plus. Excellent administrative and time management skills. Customer-oriented focus and good at relationship building. The ability to function independently, in a team, and under pressure. Accuracy, innovation, and results-driven focus with an attention to detail are paramount. Basic written and verbal English communication skills are required Proficient in Microsoft Office.
