DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receiving user complaints, making records, and recapping all user complaints regarding hardware or software programs. Providing reports of examination for every complaint that has to be solved by other PIC in the IT team. Conducting probing process to find causes and solutions under their capability & assisting in handling first-level problems. Analyzing every complaints entry and its problem area to determine which appropriate IT department will be assigned for solving problems.
REQUIREMENT

Min Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience as IT Application Support Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong coordination & interpersonal skill Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
