DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To understand the organization's digital systems and help provide support. Act as a bridge between users and product development team or with 3rd party vendor. Possessing specialist knowledge of the systems, devices, applications, and software that Olam would be using in the field of digital or commercial space. Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required Assisting with systems integrations wherever required Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date Maintaining and updating technical documents, manuals, and procedures for using an application or software suites. Identifying and resolving business and technical issues. Managing coordination at a local and international level where required Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business Preparing maintenance plans, mastering data management, and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems Developing reports for teams across the business
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years supporting corporate end-user services. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels. Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment. Ability to engage with senior Business stakeholders. Ability to lead a team discussion and to communicate with product management team based across the globe. Good communication in English and Bahasa (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. A degree in business administration, information systems, computing studies, IT, or any other related fields. Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Java, and .Net Languages would be an added advantage however not mandatory. Interpersonal skills Previous experience as an application support analyst or a similar role. Understand IT management software. Professional certifications through Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, IBM, or any other major IT certification.
