DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and calls
• Manage customer’s expectations and provide appropriate feedback on customer’s service needs and priorities.
• Provide support to purchasing department, e.g. create purchase requisitions, purchase orders (PO), track PO closure, and review open POs.
• Work closely with fleet personnel and liaise closely with customers for rapid turnaround of service for all scheduled collections and emergency response situations.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and confidentiality in all communications and reports
• Create and maintain an organized and systematized office- files, digital copies, stocks
• Collaborate with external parties; other executives to resolve issues, coordinate telephone calls, written correspondences etc to ensure appropriate and timely actions and deadlines are identified and met
• Hardworking with high initiatives and willing to take on new challenges
• Perform any other adhoc tasks as assigned
