DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure the achievement of sales targets (new account) according to the targets set by the company Ensure the achievement of sales targets (renewal account) according to the targets set by the company Building and maintaining good relationship with client or customer Handling and following up customer complaint, to ensure customer satisfaction index will fulfill Monitor the claim activities of account under his/her responsibility Ensure to do after sales service activities going well to the client Provide monthly/quarterly/annual report of insurance policy sales targets to the Branch Head Coordinate sales team and ensure the achievement of team
REQUIREMENT

Min Bachelor Degree in any major At least 5 year of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position (General Insurance) Computer literate minimum Microsoft Office Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550 Fast learner, Good personality, Good communication, Positive attitude and can work on team Have experience and knowledge in downstream and insurance industry is preferably
