DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Reporting to the Asst Finance & Admin Manager, you are required to provide customer service to residents at the front counter not limiting to responding to residents’ enquiries and perform facilities bookings. You are required to perform administrative duties such as preparing and issuing of letters to residents not limiting to summons, welcome letters etc. You are required to manage the in and out trays of the Property Managers as well as to manage and purchase stationaries in accordance to requirements. You are required to perform monthly accounts reconciliation, aging, preparing of balance sheet on a rotational basis as well as managing residents’ arrears.
REQUIREMENT
1) Min GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level with 1 year in finance / accounting
2) Team player with a customer oriented mind-set
3) Strong knowledge in MS office applications
4) Working hours: 5.25 days
5) Working days: North-East
