DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring of customer contract/quotation validity for operational team follow up Prepare quotation to customers Source of costs for local vendors (including carriers and forwarder), Batam vendors and oversea agents. Monitoring and checking shipment progress Respond quickly and appropriately to all incoming sale enquiry by telephone, fax and email or preparing brochures as required Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements. Update applicable standard operating procedures as necessary
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma, in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar capacity or industry, preferably related to Batam shipping business Knowledge of Cargo-wise and using it to generate sales volume Customer-focused and embraces a positive attitude Possessing a driving license will be advantageous Some travelling to nearby overseas country may be required
