DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and deliver the regional activation and success program for Client Plus
Develop and lead the programs that take strategy to execution for significant projects or activities of the Growth function.
Assist in the development and implementation of effective growth strategies by supporting the program management of the business and growth planning cycles by geo and in region.
Work with business services and marketing to develop new capability and marketing collateral for the Client Plus and Growth projects and initiatives.
Continue the development of the governance, process and technology solutions used by the Client Plus and Growth teams. Be passionate about Process Improvement and finding new ways to look at processes. Streamline existing processes focusing on leveraging technology. Stay curious about new technologies that can be applied or replaced to improve the efficiency.
Coordinate programs to support the effective program management of budgeting cycles and P&L management of the Sales (Find, Win, Grow) in accordance with RACI and supported by Finance Business Partner.
Drive the development and implementation of the new programs executing robust Change Management, Communication and Training practices to ensure compliance.
Continue to develop connectivity of Client Plus community, sharing Knowledge, Best Practice and Innovation, through regular virtual and face-to-face meetings.
Provide advice / support Client Plus and Growth team to resolve issues or escalations on PMO delivery where necessary
The successful candidate will have a strong combination of Project and Program Management delivery experience. Knowledge of account structures (and complexities) would be beneficial. The candidate will also have a proven track record of successfully operating in a decentralised, matrix organization.
