DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Willing to learn about enterprise IT solutions for accounting and finance processes, for the purpose of handling customer issues. Having the knowledge to understand accounting and finance business processes in different industries (other business processes can be useful as well). Provide existing client support and technical issue resolutions via e-mail, phone, and other communication methods. Provide support including procedural documentation as part of Supersoft’s standard operating procedure, such as troubleshooting guidance for clients. Maintaining and updating internal data/reports in regard to client support.
REQUIREMENT

Must possess background in S1 IT with interest in IT Financial back office solutions. Possessing knowledge in Accounting software and/or other back office software (i.e. ERP) is a plus. Fresh graduates are preferred for this job position. Have prior knowledge on how IT back office software/solution works (processes, modules, deployments, implementation methods, etc.) is a plus. Fairly strong communication and writing skills in English. Good analytical ability, pro activeness, independent, self-motivated, having pleasant personality, good communication skill, easy to adapt with work.
