Ensure all company PC can be used properly
Ensure all company PC can be connected to the network
Ensure the company network is secure and safe (from viruses or hacker etc.)
Ensure all application can be used properly
Create a backup system that can store all the company PC data
Create a technical report whenever there is an issue on PC or network
Bring back or restore data on the user’s PC whenever there is an issue
Repair PC whenever there is an issue in the shortest possible time
REQUIREMENT
Education minimum D3 in IT, Computer, or Network Candidate maximum 35 years old Experienced in IT, Technology, or Network field, or as an IT support staff in a company for at least 3 years Able to use English for work Understand and able to use Microsoft operating system (also Microsoft 365) Able to work with fast and precise analysis when there are complaints from users about the computers Understand computer hardware components and able to assemble them Understand wired and wireless network and able to assemble and repair them Understand about malwares and computer viruses and how to deal with it Understand about computer-related devices (such as scanner, printer, server, router, etc.) setting Able to speak Japanese is a plus
