DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Manage building security and maintain the safety of occupants, owners, employees, vendorsbuilding security, occupants, owners, employees, vendors 2. Manage the Work Safety of residents, owners, employees, vendors 3. Regular security and K3 inspections 4. Manage CCTV 5. Leading the Safety team and Security team 6. Create a Safety & Security training program and become a trainer 7. Creating a regular shift work schedule for the safety team and security team 8. Investigate serious violations and certain incidents 9. Coordination with government officials (Kelurahan, Kecamatan, Police, Army, Fire Brigade, RT, RW, Dishub) 10. Coordination with GM, DGM, Chief regarding work 11. Conducting Coaching and Counseling to the Safety and Security team to work in a disciplined manner and in accordance with the applicable SOP 12. Leading the Covid-19 task force
REQUIREMENT

1. Age range 35 to 45 years 2. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in K3, Engineering (Environment / Health / Security), Property Development / Real Estate Management, Law or equivalent. 3. Have at least 6 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position. 4. Preferably Managers specialized in Security / Armed Forces / Proctevtive Service or equivalent. 5. Have certificates: Gada Madya and Fire Fighter Manager 6. Preferably experienced in Apartments, Hotels, Malls
